Return Policy

All Custom Bacteria is non returnable.
If there is a shipping damage, Please e mail us. We will need digital pictures of the box and damage to the product.
If you refuse a delivery after you placed a order, you will be charges a shipping fee and or a restocking fee, even if the purchase was made with free shipping.
Free shipping is only when you place a order and we send it out to you. Free shipping does not cover a return.
You have 48 hours to cancel your order, and get a full refund.
